Talentin AI (“Talentin,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) is committed to protecting your privacy and ensuring that your data is collected, processed, and stored responsibly. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal and professional information when you use our platform, website, or related services (“Services”). By using Talentin AI, you agree to this Policy and our Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please discontinue using the Services. This Privacy Policy does not apply to any third-party websites, services or applications, even if they are accessible through our Services. We are the data processor of personal data and our customers are the data controllers.
Please read this Privacy Notice carefully. By visiting our website or using any of our services, you indicate your acceptance of our use of your personal data as set out in this Privacy Notice.
Information We Gather
We collect data you provide directly, such as account details, contact information, resumes, job descriptions, and communications. We also collect Customer Name, Industry, and Point of Contact Email for onboarding client. We also collect First Name, Last Name, Work Email, Phone Number, Company Name, Role for leads/prospects from Talentin AI website. We also collect CVs from clients to provide our services. We also collect limited technical data automatically, including browser type, device information, and usage statistics, to maintain and improve service performance. When you connect third-party tools such as applicant-tracking systems, calendars, or LinkedIn Recruiter, we process relevant data under your authorization and in line with each integration’s privacy settings.
Log Data: Our servers automatically record certain information about how a person uses our Services (we refer to this information as “Log Data”), including both Account holders and non-Account holders (either, a “User”). Log Data may include information such as a User’s Internet Protocol (IP) address, browser type, operating system, the pages or features of our Services to which a User browsed and the time spent on those pages or features, the frequency with which of our Services are used by a User, search terms, the links on our Services that a User clicked on and other statistics. We use this information to administer the Services and we analyze (and may engage third parties to analyze) this information to improve and enhance the Services by expanding their features and functionality and tailoring them to our Users’ needs and preferences. We also use the IP Address to generate aggregate, non-identifying information about how our Services are used. Please note that during this, at no point in time do we collect and/or share PII collected with any third parties.
How will we use your information?
We use this information to operate and enhance the Platform; generate AI-based matching, scoring, and analysis; facilitate integrations and scheduling; and provide support, analytics, and security & expand our product and services. Uploaded materials (such as resumes and job descriptions) are processed by Talentin’s proprietary AI models solely to deliver insights for your organization. We do not sell, rent, or share your data for marketing purposes, nor do we use your content to train external AI systems. We use this information perform the contract, we have signed with our customers, suppliers or partners, to open an account, onboard you as an employee and also to help protect your information and prevent unauthorised access to it.
Talentin AI adheres to global compliance standards, maintaining strict alignment with GDPR, SOC 2, and ISO/IEC 27001. We apply encryption in transit and at rest, role-based access controls, audit logging. Our data centers and cloud environments are monitored continuously and undergo routine security testing.
We may share limited data with trusted service providers for hosting, analytics, or integration functionality—each bound by confidentiality and data-processing agreements. We may also disclose information if required by law, regulation, or to protect rights, safety, or integrity of users and systems. International data transfers, if any, are safeguarded through mechanisms such as Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent protections consistent with GDPR.
You remain the data controller for any personal or candidate data you upload; Talentin AI acts as a data processor on your behalf. We retain personal data only for as long as necessary to provide the Services or to meet legal obligations. You may request access, correction, deletion, or portability of your data, or withdraw consent where applicable, by contacting privacy@talentin.ai. We respond to such requests in accordance with relevant privacy laws.
Cookies
Talentin AI uses cookies and similar technologies to maintain sessions, enhance usability, and analyze performance. You can manage or disable cookies in your browser settings. For the purposes of the Services, we use automated data collection tools such as Cookies to collect certain information. “Cookies” are small text files that are placed on your hard drive by a Web server when you access our Services.

Our Policy Towards Children
The Platform is intended for professional use and not for individuals under 16 years of age; we do not knowingly collect data from minors. If we learn that we have collected the PII of a child under 16 we will take steps to delete such information from our files as soon as possible.

Information that we collect from our users, including PII, is considered to be a business asset. As a result, if we go out of business or enter bankruptcy or if we are acquired as a result of a transaction such as a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, your PII may be disclosed or transferred to the third-party acquirer in connection with the transaction. Google Calendar Integration: When you connect your Google account to Talentin AI, we access limited Google Calendar data (such as your name, email, and event availability) solely to schedule and manage interviews or meetings. We do not access email content, contacts, or unrelated calendar details, and we never share or use Google data for marketing purposes. Access is used only with your consent and in compliance with Google’s API Services User Data Policy. You can revoke Talentin AI’s access anytime through your Google Account Permissions.
